With more than 70 years of experience across successive generations, we have helped make our cooperative a trusted business and a leading organisation in our town.

Commitment to quality
Our approximately 400 members strive for the highest quality, ensuring our products retain the traditional flavour of extra virgin olive oil.
Our quality policy focuses on continually improving our olive oil while expanding into new markets. Our aim is to promote productive, high-quality and sustainable agriculture.
Our facilities
Our facilities are spread across two sites: one houses our supplies warehouse, shop and petrol station, while the other is occupied by the second-tier cooperative (olive mill), with a carefully controlled milling and bottling system.
Serrana de Espadán
The Serrana de Espadán variety grown in our region produces a distinctive olive oil, recognised as one of the finest made in Spain.
